TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. 500/pax reservation fee upon confirmation of the package, 50% downpayment must be done fifteen (15) days
before the date of arrival. Full payment must be done one (1) week before  or upon the arrival date.
2. Please send a copy of the original "deposit slip" thru our Official FB Page, email and our website for our copy of "Acknowledgement".
3. For Holidays & Long weekends, Full Payment shall be done 1 week before the departure date.
4. Confirmed bookings are strictly "non-refundable" but are transferable. Failure to comply will cause participant's group to pay the 
remaining balance.
5. PRIVATE TOURS - 50% Down-payment fifteen (7) days before the travel date, if not, slots reserved will be cancelled. The "Service Voucher" 
will be issued once the 50% Payment made.
6.Any modifications of bookings (i.e. change of dates, room types, duration of stay, and etc.) are allowed up to seven (7) day prior to check in date.
All modification may be be subject to approval and may incur additional fees. 
7.No modifications or cancellations will be allowed less than six (6) of scheduled travel date., otherwise forfeiture of deposit made.
8.In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any  reasons - we must be notified of the same in writing/by email as early as possible.
Cancellations charges will be effective from the time/date we received your intention through email. 
Cancellation Charges will be as follows:
-15 Day Prior to Arrival :  No cancellation is allowed or actual service cost will be charged if any.
-7 Days Prior to Arrival :  30% of the Tour + Actual Service Charge.
-6 Days or No Show:   NO REFUND.

9. Room Occupancy depends on the (Quad/Quin) Sharing except if pre-arranged. Additional rate for single/double/triple sharing.
10. Hotel is based on a budget or standard type. Additional charge for upgraded Hotel Type.
11. Accommodation/s stated in the quotation is subject to change or availability upon confirmation.
12.Optional activities are on personal account.
13. 1 Person is to 1 Bag Policy - All guests are advised to travel lite- No trolleys allowed.
14.ALL Itineraries are intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as the weather, road conditions and the 
physical ability of the participants and etc., may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or even after the commencement of the tour.
